Great wins for the Under 10s and Under 11s

Sunday 19th May 2019
Mid-Surrey Colts League Under 10 Cup – Round 1
Spencer U10 99 all out (16.1 overs)
Stoke D’Abernon U10 99 for 9 (20 overs)
Stoke D’Abernon U10 won by losing fewer wickets

What a game! All of the boys were just magnificent. Spencer have one of the largest if not the largest colts sections in Surrey and it is no mean feat to put them into second place. A fantastic TEAM effort from all of the boys and everyone contributed to bring the game to a last over/last ball nail biter! Read more

At U11 level we were runners up to Ashtead in the Spirit of Cricket awards, and at both U10 & U11 level we were awarded maximum points for our umpiring, so a big well done to all those parents who umpired in the season. Markings here, (click on the image to enlarge.) Read more

Tuesday 30th May 2017
Surrey 30:30 Under 11 Junior Cricket League
Weybridge U11 156 for 9 (30 overs)
Stoke D’Abernon U11 127 all out (24.5 overs)
Weybridge U11 won by 29 runs

A very competitive match away to Weybridge saw the hosts just edge it. Stoke were very unlucky putting in an excellent team performance, containing a strong Weybridge team, (resplendent in their purple coloured clothing.) Great work by George A taking 3 wickets, two for JT, two for Hasaan, one for Toby & Charlie and both Charlie & Oliver taking two catches each. Read more
