Twickenham Women’s 1st XI 319 for 4 (40 overs)
Stoke Molesey Ladies 146 for 8 (40 overs)
Twickenham 1st XI won by 173 runs
Look beyond the margin of defeat on this one. Many positives.
On a scorching day the Stoke Molesey Ladies faced Championship contenders Twickenham at the Stoke Rec. Captain Charlotte Elworthy had no illusions about the task her side faced playing against such an experienced side and having won the toss elected to field on a flat track. Read more

Applying an ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ approach following our excellent 2016 season, most of the roles and responsibilities for 2017 remain unchanged. James Trower continues as Club Captain, likewise Jase Earl retains his role skippering the 2nd XI. Read more

With the Transfer Window open the Chairman sought out the availability of Chris Jordan and Moeen Ali for the 2016 when bumping into them – and Hoppy – on their break.
Sadly they both already had other domestic and international commitments meaning they couldn’t sign for us, but they were grateful for the offer! Read more

As a nice reward for contributing to the Surrey Trust League and Under 19 T20 Blast competitions we have been asked by the Trust League Committee for willing volunteers to help out at the Surrey OSCAS(**) at The Oval on Monday 12th October.
The volunteer roles would consist of meeting and greeting people on the gates and walking them down to the venue and generally assisting with preparing the awards, ushering people to have their pictures taken with the guests of honour, etc. Read more

Friday saw the End of Season Celebration at the Clubhouse. There was an excellent attendance given some of the traffic problems, the weather and the football.
The review started by acknowledging the Stoke Molesey Ladies winning the Surrey Trust League, a phenomenal achievement given we had to re-build from scratch in 2011. Congratulations to all the players and helpers on this silverware. Read more
