Maori Oxshott 2nd XI 88 all out (28.3 overs)
Stoke D’Abernon 2nd XI 90 for 0 (16.3 overs)
Stoke D’Abernon 2nd XI won by 10 wickets

Stoke’s 2nd XI were back to winning ways with an easy win at Oxshott who continue to re-build and show signs of improvement from last year. Read more

Under 19s lose to Sunbury in the Final Over

Sunbury Chieftains 140 for 9 (19.2 overs)
Sunbury won by 1 wicket

Since the tournament’s inception in 2014 Stoke have only lost four of these games, but all of them have been in the last over, and the continuation of this trend leaves qualification for the next phase of the Under 19 T20 Blast potentially coming down to net-run-rate after a defeat to one of the competition’s stronger teams. Walton Warriors 96 all out (16.2 overs)
Stoke D’Abernon won by 91 runs

Stoke’s first away mission in this year’s Under 19 T20 Blast was a successful one with a big win at Walton. It was Walton’s first game of the competition and they put on a great match-day experience with music over the tannoy between overs, when boundaries were hit or wickets fell, (an enthusiastic DJ added to the fun), and a BBQ that ran throughout the match. Old Pauline won by 8 wickets

Stoke’s 1st XI fell out of the promotion places after a home defeat to Old Pauline at the Rec – and a third successive match without a victory – a shortage of runs proving critical in this one. Read more

Match Drawn – ‘Winning Draw’ to Hampton Wick Royal 2nd XI

Stoke’s 2nd XI extended their unbeaten run with a draw against Hampton Wick Royal at the Rec; but were left to regret an inconsistent first hour or so with the ball that made victory an unlikely proposition. Read more
