As some members may be aware Adam De Swardt moved out of the area in the close season, but we’ve stayed in touch and he has dropped us a line to say “Hello.” Adam says…

“…I now play for Chislehurst & West CC. I couldn’t play this weekend as I had to study, but am playing this coming weekend again. It would’ve been nice to see you guys! In my one game for the 1st XI, I got the second highest score; only 30, but felt good.” Read more

Last Week to get into the hat for the Dubai Trip

Toby Tarrant, Duncan Elder, James Whitmarsh and Ian Hopton were already in the hat going into last weekend’s League matches. On Saturday Adrian Mills and Adam De Swardt qualified too.

Stoke’s 2nd XI moved themselves away from the relegation place with a high-scoring win over Sinjungrammarians. 550 runs were scored for the loss of 16 wickets during the course of an eventful afternoon. Read more
