Still no pattern to the results in this year’s edition of the Women’s Big Bash League as bottom-placed Renegades defeated Nat’s Stars in the Melbourne derby.
Nat top-scored with 37 – including the match’s only six – before being run out, (reports suggest she was left stranded), by England colleague Dani Wyatt. Nat also took a wicket in the fielding effort but the Stars were unable to defend their moderate total. Read more

An unbeaten year for the Stoke Molesey Ladies, (aka the Invincibles), leading to a fourth successive Trust League title, (http://ssdl.play-cricket.com/website/websites/view_division?id=63993), recently celebrated at their end of season event.
Sky Sports have announced their Sportswoman of the Month contenders and Nat has been shortlisted following her recent performances in Sri Lanka, (leading run-scorer, two Player-of-the- Match Awards, wickets and catches.)

Attention will obviously go towards England’s men today after their great start in Rajkot, but the Women also registered an ODI win in Sri Lanka today, Nat seeing the team home with 47 not out, (at better than a run-a-ball), in an unbroken stand of 82 with the Captain to secure an eight wicket victory.
