The First Ever Stoke Women’s Match?

Seeing news of the revival of girls and women’s cricket at Stoke, Life Member Nigel Edwards has made contact with the Club and has provided a brief account of what he believes to be the first Women’s side Stoke ever put out. Nigel writes…

We welcome all players of all ages & ability – this includes beginners and enthusiasts. Coaching will be provided.

We are pleased to confirm that membership for the 2024 season is now open. Please join as per last season using Pitchero. England kick off their World T20 campaign tonight, (Good luck, Nat!), but locally…BIG news for Stoke. The 2019 Surrey Slam fixtures are out!

Off the back of the Surrey Stars winning the Kia Super League in 2018, there have been plenty of clubs looking to form a similar competition, Surrey Slam have delivered and we’ve been entered into a six team, (West), division with our friends from Ashford, Chertsey, Guildford, Shepperton and Twickenham.
