Player Numbers

Gary Ballance, Scott Borthwick and Boyd Rankin became the 659th, 660th and 661st players to make a Test Match appearance for England. We have undertaken a review of our League cricket since 1994 and allocated numbers to those who have been selected for our 1st XI. Read more

Club History

In 2013 Stoke D’Abernon Cricket Club, a club very much on the up, equalled their best finish in the Surrey Championship. A young side with one or two older heads, formed a powerful bond, and a colts section bursting at the seams looks set to bolster player numbers for 2014 and beyond. Off the field the club is superbly run with a visionary Chairman, an enthusiastic Committee, a prudent Treasurer, a hard working team of colts managers and a highly sociable membership. Read more

Women's Cricket

In 2011 Stoke Molesey Ladies CC was formed as a result of a merger between Stoke D’Abernon Ladies CC and East Molesey Ladies CC.

Stoke D’Abernon has one of the most celebrated junior sections in the county; providing cricket for over 200 colts, boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 17, giving them the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game. Many play county age group cricket, some have been chosen for Surrey’s Emerging Players’ Programme, and full internationals have also come through the ranks. Read more
