Surrey CCC is offering cricket clubs nationwide a unique competition to win the Ultimate Cricket Prize.
We could win:
* A training session with Jason Roy for up to fifteen players, (adult or junior, male or female), involving a batting and fielding master class
* Two tickets to the fifth Investec Ashes Test Match at the Kia Oval
* A signed England Ashes shirt and cricket bat.
* A tour of the Kia Oval and the chance to watch Surrey CCC players train.

The Surrey Trust League AGM will be on Thursday 20th November 2014 at Walton-on-Thames CC. A representative from every club is required to attend so that the fixtures can be worked out. Again, volunteers to help here are appreciated. This meeting presents a good opportunity for a younger player or two to come along and experience the administration behind this excellent competition.

We are pleased to announce Becca had a baby boy yesterday. He weighs 7lb 11oz. We have named him Benjamin. He waves his arms a lot. Perhaps a future Stoke bowler?

Following on from our article about record partnerships, the Century Partnerships put together this year have now been added to the list and checked by Po.
Messers Handel, Gudgeon, Taylor, Hopton, Gray, McMillan, John, Corbishley, Singh, Routley, Connell, Douthwaite and Trower make the list year, some of them more than once.
The 2014 League Dinner at The Oval was a very good one.
Pagie, Wadey and Ralphie led the Stoke massive, sharing as table with members of Sutton, (odd as the table plan had us paired with Merrow), who had no idea who Dan Douthwaite was when we asked how he was getting on!
