As we edge nearer the start of the League season and our T20 Cup First Round tie, we have received the following e-mail from former Stoke Chairman Chris Gudgeon:

A very UK day here in Toronto, chucking it down with rain. Hope all is good with everyone.

It’s that time of year…the smell of linseed oil – but I guess nobody uses that anymore – the sound of bat on ball. I always loved the end of April for the start of the season.
